Ashley is a Senior Consultant with Fidelity’s Workplace Consulting group. She provides strategic consulting support to clients on defined contribution (DC) plan design and compliance. Ashley oversees the delivery of a variety of client engagements involving M&A, plan design, complex nondiscrimination testing, correction strategies for plan failures and nonqualified plan support. Additionally, Ashley plays an integral role in Fidelity’s business development efforts for DC consulting opportunities and nonqualified plan administration. ​
 
Ashley has been with Fidelity since 2007. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana.
